How Sessions Are Offered
Sessions are offered remotely, allowing the work to be received from the comfort and familiarity of your own space — often where the body feels safest and most able to soften.
Initial sessions are held via Google Meet in a quiet and unhurried format.
Ongoing remote support is provided more gently in the background through regular frequency delivery, with weekly check-ins via WhatsApp where appropriate.
If something feels important or supportive to share between check-ins, you’re always welcome to reach out.
You may simply rest, sit, or lie comfortably during sessions from a quiet and uninterrupted space of your choosing.

individual capacity
The intention is not to force change, but to support the body in a way that can be received gradually and without overwhelm.
There is nothing you need to prepare or perform beforehand.
