How Sessions Work

This work is often experienced rather than explained.

It does not rely on force, effort, or belief.

It is something the body receives — quietly — over time.


How sessions are offered

Sessions are offered remotely, or in person in Byron Bay.

Remote sessions allow you to remain in your own environment, where the body is often most at ease.

In-person sessions are available in a quiet, private setting for those who prefer a physical space.


What happens during a session

There is nothing you need to do.

You may sit or lie down comfortably, without interruption.

Sessions are approached in a structured and considered way, with attention to pacing and individual response.

The body is not pushed.
It is supported.


The role of frequency-based tools

Sessions may incorporate frequency-based tools such as Healy, Infopathy, and AO Scan, depending on the individual and the nature of the session.

These are used quietly, in the background, as part of a broader approach to supporting the body’s own rhythms.


What people often notice

The process is subtle.

People often describe:

improved sleep over time

changes in tension or restlessness

a quiet shift that is difficult to explain
