Sessions & Booking

Sessions are offered in a quiet and considered way, with space for the process to unfold gradually and without urgency.

Support is available remotely, or in person in Byron Bay.

Whether received from home or within a physical setting, the work is approached gently, respectfully, and at an individual pace.


How Sessions Are Offered

Remote Sessions

Remote sessions allow you to remain within the comfort and familiarity of your own space — often where the body feels safest and most able to soften.

Remote Ongoing Support

Ongoing remote sessions are offered regularly over time, allowing the body and nervous system space to respond gradually and consistently without pressure or urgency.

Support continues quietly in the background, creating a gentle and sustainable approach to ongoing care and regulation.

In-Person Sessions — Byron Bay

Private sessions are also available in Byron Bay for those who prefer to receive support within a calm, physically held environment.


The Booking Process

Step 1 — Begin

The first step is to complete a short application form.

This offers space to share a little about your current experience and whether this work feels likely to be supportive for you at this time.

Step 2 — Initial Session

If it feels appropriate to continue, we begin with an initial session.

This is a longer, unhurried session designed to:

understand your current experience

approach the body gently and thoughtfully

begin the work at a steady and appropriate pace

Initial sessions may be offered remotely or in person in Byron Bay.


Step 3 — Ongoing Remote Support

Where appropriate, ongoing support may then be offered.

This allows the work to continue quietly and consistently over time, without the need to arrange individual sessions.

The emphasis remains on steadiness, regulation, and gradual integration rather than urgency or intensity.


Pricing

Initial In-Person & Remote Session — $400 AUD – 90 minutes

A longer, unhurried session offering space to understand your current experience and begin the work gently.

In Person Session — $300 AUD – 60 minutes

A longer, unhurried session offering space to understand your current experience and begin the work gently.

Ongoing Remote Support — $300 AUD per month

Regular remote sessions offered quietly over time.

There is nothing you need to schedule or manage individually.

Support continues steadily in the background, allowing the body space to respond gradually and naturally.


A Gentle Approach

This work is not designed around urgency, force, or dramatic intervention.

Its value lies in the consistency of support, the pacing of the process, and the body’s ability to respond in a way that can be received, integrated, and sustained over time.

This work is offered as a complementary body-aware practice and is not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or emergency support.
