Remote Sessions

A quiet and considered way of receiving support from wherever you are

Remote sessions offer a gentle way to work with the body without needing to attend in person.

This approach is suited to those drawn to a more subtle, body-aware process — one that allows space for regulation, sensation, rest, attention, and gradual integration over time.

Sessions are received from the comfort of your own space, with no special preparation required.

You simply need a private place where you can sit or lie down comfortably and allow yourself time to rest and receive.


How Remote Sessions Work

Before beginning, you’ll be invited to complete a short application form.

This offers space to share what has brought you here, what you’re currently experiencing, and whether this work feels appropriate and supportive for you at this time.

If it feels like a suitable fit, you’ll receive next steps and an invitation to book.

Each application is reviewed personally and with care.


The Approach

This work is approached gently and without force.

Sessions may incorporate carefully selected frequency-based tools designed to support regulation, coherence, and nervous-system settling at a subtle level.

The intention is not to override the body, but to work respectfully with its own rhythms, pacing, and individual response.

Rather than trying to “make something happen,” the focus is on creating the conditions in which the body may soften, settle, and respond naturally over time.


What to Expect

Remote sessions are held quietly, intentionally, and with care.

Experiences vary from person to person and may include subtle shifts in sensation, awareness, emotion, breath, restfulness, or an increased sense of calm and internal spaciousness.

There is nothing you need to perform, force, or achieve during a session.

Often, the process is less about analysing change and more about allowing the body space to be listened to.


Remote Sessions May Feel Supportive If You Are

~ finding it difficult to fully rest or settle

~ moving through a period of transition, stress, fatigue, or recalibration

~ seeking gentle support without needing to attend in person

Remote sessions are not intended as a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or emergency support.

They are offered as a complementary body-aware practice for those seeking gentle support, nervous-system regulation, personal awareness, and deeper reconnection with the body.
