How Sessions Are Offered
Sessions are offered remotely via Google Meet, allowing you to remain within the comfort and familiarity of your own space — often where the body feels safest and most able to soften.
Remote sessions are approached gently, respectfully, and at an individual pace, with space for the body to settle without pressure or urgency.
You may simply rest, sit, or lie comfortably during the session from a quiet and uninterrupted space of your choosing.

The intention is not to force change, but to support the body in a way that can be received gradually and without overwhelm.
There is nothing you need to prepare or perform beforehand.
