A gentle, body-aware approach offered within a calm physical space
In-person sessions provide an opportunity to work more directly with the body within a quiet, private setting in Byron Bay.
Sessions are approached thoughtfully and at an individual pace, with close attention to comfort, nervous-system response, and the body’s own rhythms and capacity.
The intention is not to force change, but to support the conditions in which the body may gradually soften, settle, and respond over time.
How Sessions Are Approached
No two sessions are exactly the same.
Rather than following a rigid structure, the work is guided by:
what is presenting
how the body responds
pacing and regulation
what feels appropriate and supportive within the session
The emphasis remains on working respectfully with the body, rather than overriding it.
What May Be Included
Depending on individual needs and context, sessions may incorporate:
body-based awareness
gentle, non-forceful touch
observation of tension and response
pacing and integration
nervous-system support
subtle frequency-based methods where appropriate
Any frequency-based tools are introduced carefully and conservatively as part of a broader body-aware process.
