Remote Ongoing Support

A quieter, ongoing way of working with the body over time

This work is often most supportive when approached gradually and consistently.

Not through intensity or urgency, but through gentle continuity over time.

Regular sessions allow the body and nervous system space to settle, respond, and integrate at their own pace — without pressure to force change or “make something happen.”

Often, this is where the work begins to deepen most naturally.


What Ongoing Support Looks Like

Sessions are offered regularly and quietly in the background, creating ongoing space for support, regulation, and subtle change over time.

There is nothing you need to manage or prepare.

The process is designed to feel steady, spacious, and sustainable.

Rather than relying on intensity, the work builds gradually through consistency and nervous-system safety.


How It Begins

Ongoing support typically begins with an initial session.

This provides an opportunity to understand your current experience, what may be contributing to nervous-system strain or overwhelm, and whether this work feels supportive for you at this time.

From there, sessions are offered regularly according to what feels appropriate and sustainable.


Monthly Ongoing Support

$280 AUD per month

Includes regular remote sessions offered gently over time.

There is no need to schedule individual appointments.

Support continues quietly in the background, allowing space for the body to respond gradually and without interruption.

You are welcome to continue for as long as the work feels supportive.
